Our spacious room featured great air-conditioning, a comfy bed, and a large bathroom with amazing water pressure. the staff, especially Duyen at reception, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment. The room was well-appointed, cozy bed, great air-con, and hot shower that made my stay comfortable. the location was excellent, with western restaurants nearby offering quality food and a local supermarket within walking distance. the staff, especially Duyen, were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The weekend was hectic, with noisy crowds and chaotic traffic due to the influx of tourists. the WiFi on the 6th floor was unreliable, requiring guests to sit at reception for connectivity.
